WHAT IS

IT LIKE?

8:30am Main Sanctuary

We are a family, so Sunday services are pretty informal.  People start to gather around 8am to catch up with each other.  The band will start the first song around 8:30am calling the group together.  As conversations finish in the lobby, the sanctuary starts to fill up.  Together, we enjoy a mix of mostly contemporary worship music with some older songs sprinkled in.  There is a sense of freedom of expression within the service as we desire for each member of the family to express themselves in a way that best helps them enter into a sense of worship to our God.

10am Grace Hall

Walking into our second service feels a little like walking into a dimly lit coffeehouse.  Fresh coffee being brewed fills the air as people are enjoying conversations around groups of couches, chairs and other casual seating that we call "pods".  A little after 10am, the band begins playing modern worship songs from the center of the room as everyone gathers around them.  Our pod format allows for periodic discussions about the message, sharing life praises and struggles, and prayer.

What Are You About?

THE MINISTRY OF THIS LOCAL CHURCH, ACTING AS A CORPORATE BODY, SHALL BE:

  • To provide a place and atmosphere for worshiping the triune God in prayer, song, word, and deed.

  • To teach and preach the whole counsel of God.  This is understood to mean a balance between the following:

    • Leading believers into a deeper love for God, a love for each other, and an ever-growing obedience to God's instructions as revealed in the Bible.

    • Preaching the Gospel to the unsaved and encourage all believers to actively witness to the unsaved as part of their daily conversation.

  • To provide opportunities for fellowship among those attending and encourage them in developing close relationships with others in activities not planned by the church.  A concept of fellowship which teaches believers to encourage one another and share one another's burdens shall be promoted.
